Booking process, terms of payment and cancellation

Booking process
After receiving your request, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. After successful completion of the booking process you will receive an invoice to your e-mail address.
Terms of payment
Booking at least four months before the day of arrival: Deposit 50% of the total cost of accommodation, due four weeks after invoicing.
Booking four to one month(s) before the day of arrival: Deposit 50% of the total cost of accommodation, due two weeks after invoicing.
Final payment 50% of the total cost of accommodation plus local tax, due one month before the day of arrival.
Short-term bookings from one month before the day of arrival: total amount, due immediately.
If the invoiced amounts (deposit, final payment) are not paid in full on their due date, we are entitled (but not obliged) to reallocate the booked service and to unilaterally cancel the booking.
Terms of cancellation
Always you can cancel your booked service. The amount of the cancellation costs depends on the time of your cancellation. The cancellation costs correspond to the payment made on the respective due date (see terms of payment).
