Booking process, terms of payment and cancellation

Booking process
After you have sent your booking, we will email you a booking confirmation to your specified e-mail address. Shortly afterwards you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail.
Terms of payment
Booking at least four months before the training and coaching cost over 500 EUR: deposit 50% of the coaching cost, due four weeks after invoicing.
Booking four to one month(s) before the training and coaching cost over 500 EUR: deposit 50% of the coaching cost, due two weeks after invoicing.
Final payment 50% of the coaching cost, due one month before the training.
Short-term bookings from one month before the training or coaching costs below 500 EUR: coaching total amount, due immediately.
If the invoiced amounts (deposit, final payment) are not paid in full on their due date, we are entitled (but not obliged) to unilaterally cancel the booking.
Terms of cancellation
Always you can cancel your booked service. The amount of the cancellation costs depends on the time of your cancellation. The cancellation costs correspond to the payment made on the respective due date (see terms of payment).
